We felt strongly discriminated against Aida. We have had repeated complaints and requests that the daily program in the cabin would like to be at least in English. We are French citizens and do not understand German. We wanted a meeting with the director, which never happened, nor did we have an answer. We did not have an adequate and logical response from the front desk staff and other officers with whom we shared the problem. There is an English version on the Aida Booking website! By European law, this is absolutely unacceptable and borders on racism! We didn't understand anything from the radio announcements. And we know it can and should because security announcements have been announced in English as well! There were many victims like us! We have attended other cruises where only for the sake of 2 passengers the information was also spoken in German ?!
