Wir sind für Sie da.
Our cruise was so wonderful that we were incredibly sad to leave the ship. Our son begged us to return to the Norwegian Jade someday. We hope to do so.
We went to Venice, Dubrovnik, Athens, Ephesus, and Split. All the port visits were super! Interesting sights, good weather, etc.
We arranged all our own day trips. It was much cheaper and very convenient for our family.
The ship was large, relatively new, and very clean. The facilities were really high quality. I especially enjoyed the sauna and wellness area with a view of the front of the ship! It was a nice way to relax and was never crowded.
Our cabin was a mini-suite with a balcony. It was surprisingly large, very light, plenty of room four our family of 4, and very well-maintained.
We had read reviews saying the food wasn't so good. As a result, we were pleasantly surprised. The buffet food was not gourmet quality, but it was fine. The restaurants (both free ones and ones with an upcharge) offered high quality food. We particularly enjoyed the French restaurant.
The kids club was great for our kids. They never wanted to leave! The games and activities were great and the staff took very good care of our kids (age 6 and 10). Our 10-year old son had so much fun that he cried for nearly 30 minutes on the last night when he thought about having to leave the next day. The shows were high quality. We especially enjoyed the Elements show on the last day. Don't miss it! And bring the kids, too. They will love it!
Great!!! Everybody was friendly to our kids. A number of the employees in the restaurants and other parts of the ship called our kids by name whenever they would see them. The price for the kids was great. The childcare was wonderful!
The pools were a bit small and our kids didn't like the salt water. The slide was too slow. The hot tubs were quite nice. The sauna and wellness area was very enjoyable and worth the extra charge! The shuffleboard deck was fun. One complaint is that the minimum age for some of the activities such as the soccer tournament (16 years) and the table tennis tournament (18 years) were too high. Our ten year old was VERY disappointed that he couldn't participate. They let him play in the soccer tournament as long as a parent was there, but they wouldn't let him play in the table tennis tournament at all.
Top level service all around. We were continually surprised at how easy everything was and how helpful all the workers were. Check-in & out could not have been any easier. We drove to Venice, and it only took us approximately 15 or 20 minutes to drop off our bags, park our car, and get on-board. Amazing! Check out was equally easy.

Très bon
I highly recommend a room with a balcony. The balconies are comfortable and give you a chance to take in the sights and sounds of the sea and the ports from your own room. Don't forget to watch the beautiful sunsets while on board!
