Description:
1) Starke Geruchsbelästigung im Bad (Abfluss) die nicht behoben wurde. 2) 2 Kettenraucher auf dem Nachbarsbalkon. Der Rauch wurde durch den Fahrtwind sofort in unsere Kabine geweht und es war unmöglich unsere Balkontüre offen zu halten oder den Balkon zu benutzen. Trotz mehreren Reklamationen wurde das Bad nicht repariert und wir konnten erst nach 5 Tagen die Kabine wechseln!

Description
Kosmetik Maniküre: Nagellack war nicht schön aufgetragen und musste wiederholt werden. Leider beim 2. Mal genauso schlecht. Die €39 waren daher total überhöht.

Description
Bei den 2 Reklamationen gab es keinerlei Reaktion oder Entschuldigung. Es wurde in den PC getippt und der zuständige Sercive genannt der benachrichtigt wurde. Leider ist dieser nie erschienen.
