What do I have to do to become an e-hoi partner?
1. Register yourself as an e-hoi partner on this website. 2. We check your data and contact you in the next 48 hours via email. 3. Place the White-Label accounting machine or the banner on your website or in your Newsletter and earn money immediately.
When does the commission will be paid?
The remuneration of the bookings on your web site are made the first working day of every month. All confirmed bookings will be considered, if the traveler already made his journey. From 25€ on the remuneration will be transferred to your account at the end of the month. If, in one month, this amount is not reached, it will be transferred to the billing of the next month.
Who can participate at the e-hoi partner programme?
You can become a partner of e-hoi if you sell travels on your website or in your travel agency or if you are a tour operator with your own website. As a travel agency or a tour operator and thus a Travel Partner you can choose between a White-Label accounting machine and different banners. For every booking made on your website you obtain 4% commission of the net price if your annual turnover is up to 50.000€; 4,5% if your annual turnover is between 50.000 and 100.000€ and 5% if your annual turnover exceeds 100.000€.
Are private bookings also recompensed?
As an e-hoi partner you will also be recompensed if you book a cruise for yourself.
Does a minimum turnover exist?
We don’t have a minimum turnover. As soon as the requirement for a remuneration are fulfilled, we credit your account with the corresponding amount.
How do I earn something with the e-hoi partner programme?
We pay every booking generated on your web site and with your partner ID – with up to 5% of the net price.
What advertising material are available?
We offer you a large quantity of advertising material and links like different types of banners, text links and/or logos, text links for email recommendations and newsletters as well as an accounting machine with a search form for your website.
Can I use the e-hoi logo on my website?
Yes, the e-hoi logo is part of the partner programme. By publishing the e-hoi logo on your website you show that you are a partner of e-hoi and thus your customers know to whom they confide their vacations.
As a partner of e-hoi, what are my duties?
Our partners have to ensure the functionality of their website. E-hoi reserves the right to control regularly the pages of their partners in order to ensure the quality of our linking. Furthermore our partners have to make sure that the links are correctly embedded, as we only pay a commission if the partner ID is correctly transferred. That’s it - we take care of everything else.
What are the duties of e-hoi?
As a tour operator, e-hoi or a cooperation partner of e-hoi processes the booking, sends the travel documents to the customer (including the travel price guarantee certificate) and takes in charge the cashing. That means you only publish the link on your website and we handle the rest.
How are the bookings on my page quantified?
Every e-hoi partner gets a personal partner ID. For counting the bookings, you can choose between cookies or a Session-ID.
Can I track bookings made on my page?
In your personal partner domain (Middleware) you can view all the bookings made via your engine.
Can I participate at the partner programme with several websites?
Yes – either you can use the same partner ID for several pages, or you use a single partner ID for every page. If you use a partner ID for different pages, you receive a total credit. If, however, you prefer a list for the bookings of every single page, you need different partner IDs.
Do I need a Swiss website to participate at the partner programme?
No, the e-hoi partner programme is not limited to Swiss websites. However, we kindly ask you to contact us by mail () in order to coordinate the details.
As a partner of e-hoi, am I suspended from other partner programs?
No, the e-hoi partner programme is not an exclusive one. You can publish ads for other company on your website as well.
How can I end the partnership with e-hoi?
The partnership with e-hoi is riskless for you. You can end it at any time without keeping to a timeline. If you decide to end your partnership before attaining 25€, we will credit you the amount of commissions due at this moment
