We did cruises before, and the experience with Costa was dissapointing. We will still go cruising but for sure with another line. I cannot even assess what type of cruise it is. There are families with kids but not enough kids activities during the day. There are older people who are looking for an elegant option, but seem not to tolerate children very well.

Description
In every public WC on board at least 1 cabin was permanently closed, and we were quieing especially in the evening. I mentioned it to the employee but there was no reaction. Probably this is helpful to eliminate too much cleaning, but is it appropriate?

The buffet restaurant on deck 9 was not the best place to go too, floor and table messy, dishes not properly cleaned, broken glasses.

Our two children 7 and 8 years old did not like to go to kinderclub. Also many interesting activities were too late in the evening.

Description
The services are overpriced, we live in Zurich and prices on board were higher than what we get here. Employees wre giving huge discounts automatically to every guest. So what is the true price? If i would not request a discount i would have overpaid the service. The concept is not fair to all passengers. I planned to have 3 treatments but stopped after 2. The massage in this spa is only about slowly stroking and applying cream. I asked for a deeper tissue massage but the second time it was the same again. I did not go for the third time.

Description:
3 hours waiting time by check-in... please find a solution to distribute slots in advance so people can use their time wisely instead of sitting and waiting in airless foodless drinkless terminal. The cafe in the terminal cannot be rated, pooor quality and just 6 tables for 600 people

Children menu in the restaurant Open more toilet cabins in public areas Think about special time slots for check-in, maybe for extra cost Too much tips.. by every purchase + at the end looks like dublication. A small shop on board would be nice, for example to buy good juice for the children or chewing gum - this was just not there.
