Description

Rezeption, Check in and out: zäh, unorganisiert und ahnungslos. Es war eine Frechheit, uns mehrere Stunden in der brüllend heissen Halle stehen zu lassen, weil der Check in so lange gedauert hat. Unsere Kreditkarte wurde mehrfach durchgezogen, letztendlich funktionierte es dennoch nicht.
