Die Reise war grundsätzlich gut, das Schiff eher mittelmäßig, man sieht ihm die alte Konzeption schon an. Das ablehnende Verhalten von MSC beim Kofferschaden ist skandalös und eine Schande.

Bei der Ausschiffung wurde beim Bustrasnfer mein Koffer von MSC beschädit (Totalschaden). MSC verweigert Schadenersatz !
