sehr (zu) opulente Gestaltung, Sauberkeit war gut, Organisation und Route war auch gut (Zeitpläne wurden eingehalten, über alles wurde rechtzeitig informiert), vorwiegende Sprache italienisch, englisch war ok, deutsch-Kenntnisse sehr wenig
