Mein persönlicher Tipp
überrascht von: Premium-Paket wurde im Vorfeld der Kreuzfahrt gebucht und bezahlt. in der Zwischenzeit hat MSC die Premium-Preise angehoben und stillschweigend 2 Klassen von Premium-Paketen gemacht (alt und neu), damit wir das aktuelle Premium-Getränkepaket nutzen konnten, musste man 9 Euro pro Tag und Person Aufpreis zahlen. Besser: das "alte" Getränkepaket stillschweigend und flexibel auslaufen lassen....., wäre kundenfreundlicher gewesen
