Kritikpunkte meinerseits (und auch anderer mitreisender Gäste): - Kostenloser Internetzugang nur für "VIP-Gäste" (Bewohner der Suiten) geht in der heutigen Zeit gar nicht mehr. Jede S-Bahn bietet heute Ihren Fahrgästen kostenlosen Internetzugang! - Die Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache sind beim ausländischen Bordpersonal (überwiegend von der Philippinen stammend) leider nur äußerst mangelhaft vorhanden. Selbst einfache Zusatzfragen werden oft nicht verstanden. Gerade im Barbereich ist dies doch recht ärgerlich.
