Nach einer Reise im letzten Jahr auf der Fantasia mit einem sehr guten rundum Angebot aber einem sehr schlechten und unfreundlichen Service, eine angenehme Überraschung auf der Musica. Die Italienischen Servicekräfte haben noch erhebliches Potential im Kundenumgang.
