hut 4074 zit direct boven BB King club , hutten rond deze plek hebben last van echt harde doffe dreunen tijdens optredens (tussen half negen en half twaalf s'avonds). Op alle andere tijden prima , maar tijdens optreden is hut "onbewoonbaar".
