Das Welcome-Mangement war sehr gut. Freundliche Bedienung wie im Grand-Hotel. Gepäck wurde zur Kabine gebracht. Klaviermusik zum Entree. Tolle Pubs mit Live Musik; Afternoon Tea hervorragend. Die Bedienung immer zu allen Zeiten aufmerksam, höflich und zuvorkommend.

Wir hatten eine Britannia Club Balkon Kabine, die wunderschön eingerichtet war. Boxspringbett, super Bettwäsche und Kissen. Schreibtisch Couch und Tisch. Gute Ausleuchtung,. Balkon mit Tisch und 2 Liegstühlen. Perfekt war die Kuschelbademäntel und Badepantoffel.

Die Bibliothek, die vorzüglich ausgestattet war. In deutsch war sehr gute Literatur vorhanden. Außendeck auf Deck 7. Dort kann man joggen gehen - Liegestühle mit Polster vorhanden.
