Check in lieblos: Bustranfer in gemieteten Bussen des Öpnv: wo soll das Gepäck hin? Steht im Gang und rollt hin und her. Keine Hilfe beim Koffertransport. Lange Schlangen trotz Terminvereinbarung. Ständig wird man angesprochen ob man online checkin hat, diese Personen werden dann an der Schlange vorbeigeführt. Ständig leere Counter die nur auf online check in Personen warten, dafür stehen die anderen halt länger
