An sich ist das Schiff ok. Unter Coronabedingungen zu wenig Aufzüge. Kabine ohne abgetrenntes Bad (Dusche, Waschbecken usw. in der Kabine integriert) ist nicht akzeptabel.

Description
Service häufig mangelhaft. Ich habe z. B. 45 Minuten (während dieser Zeit habe ich 5 mal Mitarbeiter angesprochen und jedesmal wurde sofortige Abhilfe versprochen) beim Frühstück auf eine Kanne schwarzen Tee gewartet. Meine Frau hat beim Frühstück zweimal den Kaffee zurückgegeben, da der Kaffee kalt war, als nach über 20 Min. endlich die Milch gebracht wurde
