Das ist eine wunderschöne Reise, mit einem sehr schönem Schiff, in einer für uns perfekten Größe. Die Weiterempfehlung erfolgte bereits. Ein bitterer Nachgeschmack bleibt. Leider war unser Rückflug sehr abenteuerlich und stressig. Geplant sollten wir 21.20 Uhr in Hamburg landen, angekommen sind wir am nächsten Morgen um 4.30 Uhr mit dem Bus aus Hannover. Seit unser Ankunft zu Hause, versuchen wir unsere gesetzlich festgelegten Ansprüche aufgrund der Flugverspätung geltend zu machen. Bisher vergeblich. Weder AIDA noch die Fluggesellschaft selbst gibt uns die erforderlichen Angaben.
