Description
Ausflüge Jordanien und Ägypten: Sehr gut organisiert und professionell durchgeführt. Zimmerservice: Sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und sauber. Einschiffung katastrophal: 2,5 h Wartezeit bis Bordkarte. 6 h Wartezeit bis Koffer vor Zimmer. Reception: Total unterbelegt und ständig überfordert mit den vielen Reklamationen. Uns ausgenommen hatten viele Gäste Probleme mit den Visa. Auswahl des Essens relativ dürftig: Z.B. Morgens nur Weißbrot und billiger Fleischaufschnitt. Zubereitung des Essens höchstens Mittelmaß: Warme Speisen im Buffet sowie in den Restaurants wurden durchwegs lauwarm serviert. Kein Front-Cooking (Z.B. Eierspeisen nicht frisch zubereitet), Fleisch am Stück war immer trocken.
