Blijf met een ongemakkelijk gevoel omdat geen enkele compensatie is gegeven noch aangeboden na het uitvallen van Spitsbergen. Nieuwe klanten werden echter gelokt met grote kortingen, upgrades etc

De hut kwam klein over. Bediening tv omslachtig. Je moet telkens door vele handelingen om op hetzelfde programma uit te komen.
