13 days Western Mediterranean with AIDAstella
Streik Flughafen München beim Rückflug am 17.02.23. Der Rückflug am 17.02. um ca 8 Uhr wurde von Eurowings (gebucht und bezahlt bei Aida ) gestrichen. Der beschaffte Ersatzflug, ca 10 Stunden später mit Sundair endete in Nürnberg um ca 20.30 Uhr.Eine Weiterbeförderung nach München wurde nicht organisiert,daher erfolgte die Weiterreise nach München in Eigeninitiative.Die Bitte an Aida die uns entstandenen Kosten von Euro 162,80 für die Bahnfahrt wurde sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich abgelehnt.Das nennt man dann wohl bei Aida „Kundenfreundlichkeit in der viel zitierten großen Aida Familie“.
