Bisher unsere schlechteste Kreuzfahrt! Einfache und langweilige Speisen. Zum Teil schlecht zubereitet und übergart. Hänchen von der Grillstation teilweise nicht durchgegart. Speisen werden unzureichend nachgelegt. Viele Mitreisende mit Magen-/ Darmproblemen. Völlig überteuerte Ausflüge! Teilweise unzumutbare Flüge (Iberojet Frankfurt - Kapstadt). Bei Qatar Airways keine Möglichkeit Sitzplätze für Rückflug zu reservieren oder online einzuchecken. Trotz All-in mehrfach falsche Buchungen auf Bordkonto, die über Tage nicht erstattet werden. Personal an der Rezeption unfreundlich, unverschämt und nicht kompetent. Standartspruch: "Ich leite das weiter"......und nichts passiert. Kabinenservice: Mal kein WC - Papier, mal keine Handtücher. Dafür noch ein Flyer von Weihnachten im staubigen Regal. Infos in der Tageszeitung über Sport, Wellness, Ausflüge, und Zusatzaktivitäten stets ohne Preisinformation. Für uns eher unseriös. All das entspricht bei weitem nicht unserer Vorstellung von Urlaub. Somit können wir AIDA nicht weiterempfehlen.
