Es war ein enormer Zeitaufwand die Fehler von MSC ab zu arbeiten. ..Auf der bordkarte das Getränkepakte nicht vermerkt-Langes Anstehen an der Rezeption um es zu ändern... Tickets für Ausflüge nicht in der Kabine- Anstehen am Ausflugsschalter zum Ticket holen. Internet funktioniert nicht- Anstehen am Schalter auf Deck 7...........Das alles mehrmals!! Meine lerste Kreuzfahrt, die ich als absoluten Reinfall bezeichnen würde.
