1.Betalen op het schip is bagger slecht! 2. Wifi is niet gratis, je betaald heel duur voor de wifi.. €140 voor WhatsApp en Facebook. OPLICHTERIJ!!! 3.Ook wil de Costa favolosa dat de passagiers een gehoorapparaat nodig hebben. Werkelijk alles is belachelijk hard! 4. Als volwassenen kun je niet zwemmen, wel de kinderen wat ook zo achterlijk is. De hele dag is het zwembad open voor kinderen, volwassenen kunnen de klere krijgen! Om 20.00 worden de baden afgesloten, dááág zwemplezier voor volwassenen.. 5.Alle informatie wordt in 4 talen vermeld, met (ofcourse) Nederlands op het laatst en kun je niks verstaan.. Waarom doen ze dit niet zoals op de Holland America Line?? Gewoon Engels en Nederlands. De rest heeft maar pech! 6. Er zou een limiet p.p. moeten zijn omtrent het eten halen. Wat daar wordt weg gegeven, en daarna weg gegooid is ronduit schandalig. 7. Personeel draait teveel uren! 15 uur per dag, 7 dagen per week, 8 maanden achter elkaar.. Willen jullie de mensen snel de ziektewet in hebben??? Pure slavernij! Ik boek niks meer met de Costa..
