zu keiner Zeit deutschsprachiges Personal, teilweise unausgebildete Kräfte. Reklamationsbeseitigung an der Klimaanlage (nur kalt) dauerte 4 Tage. Sonstige Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. Durch Buchung der Aqua Class war der Check-in & Out gut geregelt.
