Description
De klantenservice is ontzettend onvriendelijk en ongastvrij. Nog nooit zo een botte manier van behandeling van de klant door een klantenservice meegemaakt. Het winkel aanbod is vrij beperkt en de aanbiedingen en acties saai omdat het eigenlijk elke dag hetzelfde is. Het schip is goed onderhouden.

Description
Een hut zoals alle hutten wel een beetje oud meubilair dat sleets is en vlekken. Badkamer redelijk alleen wat ik vervelend vind is een plastic douche gordijn.

Description
Het eten in het buffet restaurant "Zanzibar" is erg matig lauw eten weinig verschillende keuze gedurende de hele Cruise. Wijn geserveerd in plastic glazen die er ontzettend verweerd en goor uit zien. Zowel ontbijt lunch en diner veel en veel te druk gewoonweg onplezierig. Diner in het restaurant "Il Cerrcio d' Oro " was redelijk echter ook soms uitgedroogde lauwegerechten die te lang hebben gestaan voor het opdienen. Gastronomisch van een zeer middelmatig niveau. Ontbijt en lunch in restaurant "Red velvet" was redelijk.
