Das Schiff ist in die Jahre gekommen und in der Kabine ist offenbar nie etwas gemacht worden. Das Personal ist teilweise unfreundlich und total überfordert. Die Cafés sind häufig abends brechend voll und man muss lange warten. Die Shows sind schlecht und bieten wenig Abwechslung. Das Programmheft ist schlecht und unübersichtlich. Manche Sachen werden gar nicht angekündigt. Die Hafeninformationen sind schlecht.
