22 days Iceland with Zuiderdam
4 van de 12 havens geskipped waaronder geheel Groenland. Erg, erg jammer. daardoor te veel dagen op zee. Mess-up van de shore excursie op Orkney waardoor onze dag verpest werd. Geen compensatie aangeboden en onklantvriendelijke houding van de shore excursie manager en front desk staff. 6 dagen geen heet water badkamer. 2 dagen toilet verstopt waardoor we buiten de hut naar toilet moesten. Tijdens zwaar weer de lades onder bed snachts uitgeschoven Hierover gevallen en arm bezeerd. Al met al geven we de cruise (en HAL) een 5 uit 10 .
