Description

Der Service ist ausser an der Rezeption gut. Keine deutschsprachigen Ansprechpartner Check-In sehr gut Check-out katastrophal. Total überfordertes Personal. 1 Koffer fehlte, da war plötzlich keiner mehr zuständig. Nur durch Eigeninitiative wurde der falsch abgestellte Koffer gefunden.
