Everything was ok. The port of calls were very nice and we had a wonderful cruise. The only 1 star was our embarkation where we waited 3.5 hours.
It was our 3rd cruise with Norwegian Jade. The first and second times were in 2012 (East Mediterranean, Canary & Madeira Islands). We heard that the ship underwent renovation and dry dock, and it was again due for another renovation and dry dock. Our room was clean and tidy and everywhere in the ship as well. However, our balcony was not clean and there were many metal parts that were rusty.
18 qm plus 3 qm balcony was just the right size. Not modern many other ship, but everything worked well.
The food NCL offers is very nice although we noticed the belt tightening of the variety, which did not disturb us.

Our embarkation time was at 10:00 and we were constantly reminded per email to be on time. We arrived on time and our embarkation was processed. However, we waited till 13:30 before we could start our embarkation. There was basically no announcement and there was only water offered. This was not acceptable.
