Le seule problème que nous avons trouvé pour cette voyage: De retour en Francfort, trouver le (personnel Costa), pour nous donner les cartes d’embarquement por notre vole pour Genève. Une fois trouvé le personnel Costa, elle parlé Anglais ou Allemand. Nous avons dû sortir de la zone de transit, pour trouver, les guichets LUFTHANSA et faire le nécessaire pour les cartes d’embarquement et à nouveau passer le contrôle d’aduane. Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps pour effectuer cette opération. Nous avons nous dépêcher ( courrir) pour arriver à temp à la porte d’embarquement. Dommage car Costa Croisières aurait dû nous faciliter cette tache.
