At checkout, we were asked to vacate the rooms by 8:00 AM, which seemed fair as the staff needed to prepare for incoming guests. However, the official checkout time was 10:30 AM, and we had to wait in the pool area. The toilets in the area were overcrowded, as many others were also asked to leave their rooms at 8:00 AM. Additionally, there was a lack of toilet paper, which caused inconvenience for many people during the waiting period between room checkout and the cruise checkout time, especially on the 14th deck. Overall good
On the cruise, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful—no doubt about that. Everything was kept very clean, with daily service provided for the rooms, restaurants, pool area, photo section, and the buffet area on the 14th level. Hats off to the entire team for maintaining such a high level of cleanliness throughout the ship.
Overall, cleanliness was well maintained across the bar, restaurants, and buffet area. However, the buffet section was quite crowded. This time, the menu leaned heavily toward seafood — I would suggest offering a more balanced variety with additional vegetarian, chicken, or lamb options, as vegetarian choices were quite limited at times. Another point to note: around 10 PM, much of the food, especially desserts, was cleared from the buffet rather abruptly, despite visible quantities still being available.
