Cruise is goed mee gevallen mooie dingen gezien. het in en uit checken en de excursie waren een min punt. Wij zoude in de toekomst toch niet meer met msc gaan.

Description

Het inchecken is zeer chaotisch, wij hebben uren moeten wachten om in te schepen. Ook bij het uit schepen hebben we problemen gehad, we kregen geen bagagelabels. twee keer naar receptie gebeld men ging ze komen brengen. dan man die de kamers doet aangesproken die zei dat we naar de cruisedesk de labels zelf moeten gaan halen. dat hebben we gedaan en omdat we transfer niet bij msc hadden geboekt werden de labels niet in de kajuit geleverd. wij hebben de transfer via wondercruise geboekt ook bij msc?
