Im Gegensatz zum Vorjahr wurden viele Getränke aus dem Getränkepaket Allegrissimo Premium gestrichen, die im Vorjahr noch dabei waren z.B. Wein beim Abendessen oder Glas Wein an den Bars. Das finde ich sehr schade und nicht sehr Kundenfreundlich seitens von MSC!!!

Description

Check-in; das gehört in Venedig noch viel besser Organisiert und ist eine Zumutung für die Passagiere die einsteigen wollen. Dort war einfach nur Chaos. Warum werden nicht die Gäste schon wenn sie die letzten Urlaubsunterlagen zugesendet bekommen zeitlich eingeteilt wann sie in Venedig sein sollen. Dann würden nicht tausende von Menschen aufeinmal dort sein. Wenn man um 11:00 Uhr beim Check-in ist und erst um 14:30 auf das Schiff darf so ist das nicht in Ordnung!
