Super Küche; Verbesserungsvorschläge: Suppentassen mit Untertassen (Suppe wurde häufig auf Teppichboden verschüttet;)Supperkräuter fehlen häufig; Bier während der Stoßzeit häufig außer Betrieb w/Fasswechsel; Vorschlag: Doppelfassanlage verwenden. Bei Kaviar-Angebot Portionierung regeln! teilweise unverschämte Selbstbedienung. Buffetangebot in Form einer Tisch-Speiekarte oder an Tafel auflisten > erspart unnötige Besichtigungstouren, reduziert das Gedänge am Buffet!
