Zuwenig deutschsprechendes Personal. Beim Photo Shop konnten sie gar kein deutsch! Reception konnte nur 1! Mitarbeiter Deutsch. Schlechter Empfang am 1. Tag, wir bekamen keine Informationen bzgl. Essenszeiten, welches Restaurant, Örtlichkeiten allgem., Ansprechperson. Wir mussten alles selber herausfinden.
