Check-in gut organisiert, hatten Probleme mit der ersten Kabine (siehe unter Kabine), fühlten uns nicht wirklich ernst genommen bei unserer Reklamation wegen der Lärmbelästigung, der Kabinenwechsel hat dann aber geklappt
