Qualität und Quantität der Speisen teilweise sehr schlecht. Reduzierte, minimales Buffet. Kaum Getränke, die im (hohen) Kreuzfahrtpreis inbegriffen sind. Kein Buffet am Abend! Personal teilweise freundlich und korrekt, teilweise unzumutbar - es fehlt an der Führung der Mitarbeitenden.
