Mit über 125'000 Costa Punkte (Diamante Pearl) müsste das WIFI an Bord gratis sein. Das Menue am TV hat die ganzen 3 Monate nicht funktioniert. Die Qualität des Essens hat sich gegenüber den früheren Jahren verschlechtert. Keine bevorzugte Ausschiffung mehr bei Landausflügen. Generell hat sich das Nivau der Passagiere verschlechtert

Check In katastrophal!!! Koffer kamen erst nach dreimaliger Intervention um 18.00 Uhr. Bei einem Koffer waren zwei Rollen abgebrochen. Obschon wir eine Priority Check In bei der Einschiffung versprochen wurde.
