trotz 5500 Passagieren hervoragender Check in und out , durchorganisiert kein Drängeln oder Stau , nettes Personal , vom Check in bis ins Schiff ca.30 min leider war der deutschsprachige Service zu den Schalterzeiten nicht ganz perfekt , selten besetzt
