Ich würde es begrüßen wenn Sie die Kreuzfahrtteilnehmer über ihren Eindruck des medizinischen Dienstes auf dem Schiff befragen, im Ernstfall steht eventuell kein deutschsprachiges Personal zur Verfügung, sondern häufig nur medizinisches Personal aus Osteuropa. Da können gefährliche Situationen entstehen, da Osteupäer häufig nur mangelhaftes Englisch sprechen. Meines erachtens spart dort die Reederei an der falschen Stelle.
