Description

In Bremerhaven irrten die Pasagiere in der Empfangs-Halle nach der Ankunft des Reisebusses zunächst ratlos umher,da keine Ansprech-Person in"Uniform"zu sehen war.Eine junge Frau(Mädchen) stand etwas abseits der AUFGANGS-Treppe,die wir dann ansprachen.Und tatsächlich konnte sie uns Auskunft geben,wie die Abwicklung erfolgt.SO DARF ES NICHT SEIN!Der anschliesende MSC-Check-IN wiederum war "KLASSE"!Sehr profissionell!
