Essen im Buffet-Restaurant zu kalt, zu lange Wartezeiten, teilweise 15 Minuten. Zu unflexibel, bei Ausflügen. Essen bis 16:00 Uhr, Verspätet (Verschuldet von Costa) zurück von Ausflügen, da durch um 16:05 Uhr kein warmes Essen mehr, nur noch kalte geschmierte Brote und etwas Süßes.
