This declaration of digital accessibility applies to the website of e-hoi AG published at www.e-hoi.ch.

Status of compliance with requirements

Our website is largely compliant with the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (EAA), the specifications of European Standard (EN) 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at conformity level AA, but is not yet fully accessible to people with disabilities.

We are constantly working to improve the user-friendliness and accessibility of our website for all people, regardless of their individual abilities, and to identify and remedy any remaining limitations on our website.

What have we already done to improve accessibility?

We have made the following adjustments to our website and digital content, among others:

• Integration of alternative texts for images and graphics
• Adaptation of navigation structures and heading hierarchies
• Addition of clearly visible focus indicators for interactive elements
• Optimisation of colour contrast for better readability
• Optimisation of compatibility with screen readers
• Optimisation of keyboard usability

What are we still working on?

Despite all efforts to ensure the accessibility of e-hoi, restrictions may still exist in certain areas, e.g.:

• The contrast is still too low for some website elements
• Full compatibility of all website components with keyboards and screen readers is not yet guaranteed
• Not all content provided by third parties and/or as PDF files, flip catalogues, etc. is completely accessible
