Wir sind für Sie da.
valid from 15 December 2025
The following club rules and general terms and conditions of participation (hereinafter referred to as "Cruise Club Rules") govern the operation and participation in the loyalty programme (hereinafter referred to as "Cruise Club") offered by e-hoi AG (hereinafter referred to as "e-hoi").
The Cruise Club is open to all natural persons with an e-hoi customer account who are not acting in the course of a commercial activity and who fully agree to these terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "participants").
Even if the general requirements for membership are met, there is no legal entitlement to membership in the Cruise Club. e-hoi reserves the right to refuse membership or terminate existing memberships at its discretion without providing reasons. In such cases, participants lose any claims to benefits from e-hoi or the Cruise Club. Comprehension claims of any kind are excluded.
Participation in the Cruise Club is free of charge. Registration takes place automatically when creating an e-hoi customer account online at www.e-hoi.ch.
Before submitting their registration, customers must ensure that the information they have provided is accurate. Participation in the customer loyalty programme becomes legally binding upon confirmation via email.
Once registration is complete, the e-hoi customer account is active and the participant can use the Cruise Club benefits.
Participants may cancel their Cruise Club membership at any time via their e-hoi customer account on the website. Cancelling the Cruise Club membership does not affect the e-hoi customer account itself. Upon cancellation, any Cruise Coins earned and the corresponding status level will expire. After cancellation, participants cannot earn or redeem Cruise Coins and Cruise Club benefits will no longer be available. Customers can register and terminate at any time via their e-hoi customer account on the website.
e-hoi reserves the right to terminate a customer's Cruise Club membership with a four (4) weeks’ notice. In such cases, the participant’s status and Cruise Coins will expire at the end of the notice period.
The e-hoi Cruise Club programme applies exclusively to cruise bookings made through the e-hoi website www.e-hoi.ch, via the e-hoi Service Centre, or as a booking on board in which e-hoi serves as the intermediary travel agency. Bookings through third-party providers (e-hoi sales partners) are not part of the Cruise Club.
Moreover, bookings by commercial customers, group bookings, bookings with selected discounts, bookings of auctions or the purchase of a voucher are excluded from the programme.
e-hoi also reserves the right to exclude certain offers or cruise lines from the Cruise Club.
Cruise Coins are earned based on the total travel price of a confirmed cruise booking. To earn Cruise Coins, participants must book a cruise and travel as planned. Cruise Coins can then be redeemed to reduce the price of further bookings. In order to earn Cruise Coins, participants must be logged into their e-hoi customer account at the time of booking, or in the case of a booking through the e-hoi Service Centre, the booking must be linked to the email address associated with the customer account.
With the confirmed booking and at the latest with the dispatch of the invoice, the collected Cruise Coins initially receive the status "inactive", i.e. they are displayed in the customer account but cannot yet be redeemed. The corresponding Cruise Coins only become "active" when the sailing trip begins and can only then be redeemed for new bookings.
1 Cruise Coin is awarded for every CHF of the travel price, rounded up to the nearest CHF.
Vouchers provided to the customer (e.g. for newsletter registration) reduce the travel price and thus the basis for the calculation of Cruise Coins.
The purchase of vouchers does not qualify for earning Cruise Coins. Additionally, the redemption of a voucher does not reduce the travel price as the basis for calculating Cruise Coins.
Cruise Coins will not be credited if a cruise is cancelled by e-hoi for reasons beyond e-hoi's control, or for events that are cancelled by e-hoi. The same applies if the cruise is cancelled by the participant, regardless of the reason. In these cases, no Cruise Coins will be credited.
e-hoi grants a grace period of up to four (4) weeks following a booking to create an e-hoi customer account in order to receive benefits credited to the Cruise Club. The e-mail address used for the booking must match the e-mail address linked to the newly created customer account. The trip must not have commenced at the time the account is created, and the 4-week grace period must be met for the credit to apply.
If Cruise Coins are not credited at the end of the defined credit period (dispatch of the invoice), participants may submit a formal request to within thirty (30) days after the credit period ends. This request must include the booking number and e-mail address associated with the customer account.
A payout of Cruise Coins or their equivalent cash value is not permitted.
Participants can view the status of their Cruise Coins in their e-hoi customer account at any time.
Cruise Coins collected through a booking are valid for a period of 36 months from the date of the confirmed booking until the end of the calendar month. Participants can view number, status (active / inactive) and the expiry date of the Cruise Coins in their e-hoi customer account. Unredeemed Cruise Coins will automatically expire after the 36-month validity period.
Cruise Coins awarded as part of promotions may have a validity period that differs from the standard validity period. This different validity period will be announced in the respective promotion terms and conditions
e-hoi reserves the right to adjust participant account balances to correct errors or credit additional Cruise Coins as part of special promotions. Participants will be informed of such promotions and conditions through official communication channels.
Participants are responsible for regularly checking their Cruise Coin balance.
Participants can redeem their collected Cruise Coins for subsequent bookings. Each Cruise Coin redeemed reduces the cruise price by CHF 0.01 (e.g., 1,000 Cruise Coins reduce the cruise price by CHF 10).
To redeem Cruise Coins, participants must be logged into their e-hoi customer account. The number of active Cruise Coins in the account balance will only then appear during the booking process. For bookings through the e-hoi Service Centre, participants must refer to their customer account and the associated email address.
Up to 25% of the cruise fare can be paid using Cruise Coins. It is not possible to split a payment when redeeming Cruise Coins. Hence, Cruise Coins can only be redeemed collectively. An exception to this is if the participant has more Cruise Coins available in their customer account than they need to redeem. In this case, the remaining Cruise Coins stay in the customer account.
Retroactive redemption for an existing booking is not allowed.
Cruise Coins cannot be combined with other discounts when redeemed.
Participants earn status levels based on the number of qualifying bookings and trips completed. The Cruise Club has the status levels: Explorer, Insider and Expert. Each participant is assigned one status level at a time.
Participants can view the current status in their e-hoi customer account or request it from the e-hoi Service Centre at any time.
In contrast to the Explorer status level, which is always granted, the Insider and Expert status levels are valid for 3 years. If the participant does not reach the required threshold value of trips for their current status level (Insider or Expert) during this time, the participant will be downgraded to the next lower status level (Explorer or Insider) after the three (3) years have expired.
If the participant reaches the threshold value of their current status level during the three (3) years, they will keep this status level for another three (3) years after the three (3) years have expired.
Each status level is associated with various (variable) benefits. The use of the benefits is available exclusively to Cruise Club members of the corresponding status level. For benefits related to bookings, participants must be logged into their e-hoi customer account.
Details of the applicable benefits can be viewed at https://www.e-hoi.ch/en/cruise-club/.
If a Cruise Club benefit is not utilized, it will be forfeited. There is no entitlement to exchange a benefit for another or to receive payment of an equivalent monetary value for unused benefits.
The respective status level and the accumulated Cruise Coins are linked exclusively to the participant’s e-hoi customer account. Cruise Coins can only be assigned to the respective customer account and redeemed for benefits when making a booking through this account. Cruise Coins and status benefits are not transferable and cannot be assigned to third parties.
Programme changes and discontinuation of the programme
The Cruise Club is a voluntary programme offered by e-hoi. e-hoi expressly reserves the right to change, adapt or replace this programme in whole or in part at any time and without providing reasons. Participants have no legal entitlement to membership in the Cruise Club or to the services described therein. e-hoi reserves the right to adapt and change the general terms and conditions of the Cruise Club (the most current version can be viewed at any time at https://www.e-hoi.ch/en/cruise-club/). In particular, e-hoi reserves the right to
a) change or adjust the basis for calculating the Cruise Coins,
b) modify the benefits associated with the status levels and adjust the threshold values and
c) credit Cruise Coins as part of special promotions, irrespective of the regular calculation basis.
Changes or additions to these conditions of participation will be communicated to participants. Such changes will be considered accepted unless the participant objects within the reasonable time frame specified by e-hoi. If a participant objects to any changes or additions within the specified period, their participation in the programme will end.
The right of both parties to terminate the contract for good cause remains unaffected.
Membership of the Cruise Club requires the provision of the participant’s full name, e-mail address and confirmation of registration. By participating, the participants agree that e-hoi will store their personal data and uses it for the purpose of programme administration. e-hoi does not share the data with third parties. Further information on the handling of personal data can be found at https://www.e-hoi.ch/en/privacy.html.
Participants may object to the use of data within the Cruise Club at any time by contacting . However, membership in the Cruise Club is not possible without the use of personal data. An objection will also be considered a cancellation of the membership.
Participants may also cancel their membership in the Cruise Club at any time directly through their e-hoi customer account.
The terms and conditions of the Cruise Club are governed exclusively by Swiss law.
The partial or complete invalidity or ineffectiveness or invalidity of any individual provision in these Cruise Club Terms and Conditions do not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
