Rebooking:
General: All booked trips with departure in the period 01.06.2020 up to and including 30.06.2020 can be rebooked free of charge until 3 days before departure.
(only valid for trips where AIDA Cruises is the tour operator; otherwise only on the cruise part)
New bookings: All new bookings until 31.07.2020 can be rebooked once and free of charge up to 60 days before departure.
Rebooking: TUI Cruises offers all guests with a departure date up to 31.07.2020 the opportunity to rebook the cruise free of charge at the latest 5 days before departure.
This applies regardless of the price model booked by the tour operator TUI Cruises. A rebooking is possible for all bookable TUI Cruises tours.
Rebooking: Departures until 30.09.2020: free rebooking of a cruise until 31.12.2021, rebooking is possible up to a maximum of 48 h before departure, the cruise portion must be equal or higher. Possible price differences are to be paid,
rebooking should be made to the same area, possible cancellation fees for flights will be charged.
New bookings: For new bookings from now until 31.05.2020, the following applies for departures from March until 30.11.2020 in the Mediterranean Summer, North and Caribbean areas: CHF 50 deposit per person, until 21 days before departure only the CHF 50 p.p. will be charged as a cancellation fee, any cancellation costs for flights will be invoiced.

Rebooking: For cancellations of departures until 31.12.2020, which are made up to 30 days before departure, a "100% Future Cruise Credit" will be issued and credited against a travel booking in 2020/21. Valid for existing bookings and new bookings until 31.05.2020.
Trips between 10.03.-30.09.20 can also be canceled up to 48 hours before departure. Then a 100% Future Cruise Credit will also be issued for the costs paid, redeemable until December 31, 2022.
(Does not apply to flight, hotel, shore excursions and concierge-collection arrangements)
ONLY for cancelled cruises: All customers will receive a credit of 125% of the original cruise fare paid, which is valid for booking a new cruise with departure until 31.12.2022. Alternatively, a full refund of the cruise fare is offered.
Cancellations: All cruises with departure dates before and on 31 August can be cancelled free of charge. Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before departure or by 31 July 2020 at the latest.
The cancellation costs will be credited as Future Cruise Credit for a new booking 2020 or 2021 (to be booked before 31.12.2020!).
For new bookings made by 31.05.2020 with departure date 01.09.2020 to 15.10.2020 the customer will receive a Future Cruise Credit in the amount of the cancellation fees if he makes a cancellation up to 30 days before departure.
Rebooking: All cruises with departure dates before and on 31 August can be cancelled free of charge. Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before departure or by 31 August 2020 at the latest.
The cancellation costs will be credited as Future Cruise Credit for a new booking in 2020 or 2021. (to be booked before 31.12.2020!)
For existing bookings and new bookings for departures with a departure date between 01.09.2020 and 15.10.2020 the customer will receive a Future Cruise Credit in the amount of the cancellation fees if he/she makes a cancellation up to 30 days before departure. This credit must be used before 31.12.2020 to rebook a departure with a departure date before 31.12.2021.

Cancellation: Until December 31, 2020 you can cancel up to 48 hours before the start of your trip.
In this case you will receive a Future Cruise Credit equal to the cruise paid (does not apply to flights, hotels, excursions, transfers & insurance).
In the following you will find all trips that take place in the period 01-Jun – 31-Dec-2020:
Onboard credit: For departures from 06.03.-31.05.2020, which will start as planned, you will receive the following on-board credit:
- $ 50 per cabin for 2 nights
- 100 USD per cabin for 3 & 4 nights
- 150 USD per cabin for 5 nights
- 200 USD per cabin for 6 nights
- $300 per cabin for European cruises
Rebooking:The following departures can be rebooked as follows (+ Future Cruise Credit)
- Departures May 2020 (booked until 05.03.20): up to 30 days before departure on a cruise until 1 year after original departure
- Departures June - September 2020 (booked until 10.03.20): until 30 days before departure on a cruise up to 1 year after original departure
Cancellations:
Departure date 11.05.-31.07.2020 If you cancel up to 48 hours before departure you will receive a Future Cruise Credit equal to the cancellation fees for your next cruise with Princess Cruises if you depart before 31.12.2021.
For all departures from 01.06.-30.06.2020 a free cancellation is still possible until 61 days before departure. For all cruises with departure from 01.07.2020 onwards the regular cancellation periods apply.
Departure date 01.08.-15.10.2020 Cancellation up to 30 days prior to departure of all bookings made by 30 April 2020 will result in a Future Cruise Credit equal to the cancellation fees for your next cruise with departure by 31 December 2021. The FCC is non-payable or non-transferable and can be applied until 31 December 2021.
Cancellation: For cancellations up to 48 hours before departure, a 100% Future Cruise Credit (equal of 100% of the cruise fare paid) will be issued, valid for your next cruise with Oceania Cruises until December 31, 2022.
Valid for existing bookings and new bookings up to and including 30.06.2020 for departures until 30.09.2020.
ONLY for cancelled cruises: All customers will receive a credit of 125% of the original cruise fare paid, which is valid for booking a new cruise with departure until 31.12.2022. Alternatively, a full refund of the cruise fare is offered.
Rebooking: One-time rebooking in the A-ROSA Premium all inclusive tariff free of charge until 30 days before departure if a rebooking remains within the same tariff, for further rebooking CHF 29 per person (plus CHF 89 per person for flight).
ONLY for cancelled cruises: Customers will receive free of charge an equivalent substitute cruise of their choice on the Danube, Rhône, Seine or Rhine in 2020 or 2021. Should this substitute date be in a higher season, the corresponding surcharge will not apply. A new and free rebooking of the substitute trip is possible until 48h before departure. In addition, customers will receive an on-board credit of up to 150€ per full-payer and a special reduction of 30% when booking another trip on the Danube, Rhône/Saône, Seine or Rhine within the next 3 years.
Existing bookings: For bookings made before 11.3.2020 and whose departure takes until 31.8.2020, Cunard grants an additional board credit of USD 150-900 (depending on the length of the journey), which will be credited to your board account before departure.
For all bookings, for departures before 31.8.2020, a free rebooking is possible up to 48 hours before departure.
Cancellation: All existing & new bookings with departure before 31.8.2020 can be cancelled until 48 h before departure. In case of cancellation you will receive a credit for future cruises (Future Cruise Credit) in the amount of the cancellation fees as well as a refund of the remaining amount paid. The Future Cruise Credit can be redeemed on any cruise until the end of March 2022 (booking until 31.12.21) and is non-refundable.
Cancellation: Adjusted cancellation conditions for new bookings until 30.04.20 with departure until Dec. 2021:
- Up to 26 days before departure: CHF 64 per person
- 25-17 days before departure: 50% of the cruise price
- 16-8 days before departure: 75% of the cruise price
- From the 7th day before departure: 95% of the cruise price
Rebooking to another departure date and/or ship for the same or higher price for departures until 31.12.2021 is possible up to 48 hours before departure. In case of cancellation of the new departure, the fees will be charged according to the date of cancellation of the original booking. The amount already paid for the original booking will be transferred free of charge to the new booking.

Cancellation: Cruises until 30.09.2020 can be canceled up to 48 h before the start. In the event of cancellations, all payments made will be reimbursed as a 100% future cruise credit (does not apply to insurance & on-board credit). Valid for future NCL cruises until 31.12.2022.
The new booking must be made within one year of the cancellation date (valid for all new bookings as well as bookings already made).
Promo: Holders of a Future Cruise Credit (FCC) from NCL receive an additional 20% discount on the cruise price for departures between 01.07.2020 - 31.12.2022, valid for bookings made by 14 April 2020.

All new bookings with departure in 2020, 2021 & 2022: The cruise can be canceled free of charge up to 90 days after booking confirmation.

Cancellation: For existing and new bookings made on or before 1 August, you will receive a Future Cruise Credit of 100% of the cruise already paid for if you cancel up to 48 hours before departure.
This can be used for all departures until 30.04.2022 for Royal Caribbean & Azamara and until 4.5.2022 for Celebrity Cruises, provided that the booking has already been paid for in full.
Rebooking: Under the motto "Lift & Shift", guests can simply postpone their booking to the coming year, at the same price and with the same extras. The date of the new cruise in the coming year may not differ more than four weeks from the date of the originally booked cruise.

Rebooking For departure dates between 12.03. - 30.09.2020 a free rebooking to a future Hurtigruten voyage - on the classic mailboat route or on an expedition sea voyage - is offered in the period from 01 July 2020 to 31 December 2021.
The offer is also valid for all new bookings made before 30 April 2020. A modified reservation will be credited in the form of a Hurtigruten voucher in the amount of 100% of the paid total travel price plus 10% discount for a future sea voyage. Your Hurtigruten travel voucher is valid on all Hurtigruten departures - expedition cruises or cruises on the postal ship route in Norway - until 31 December 2021.
