zeer vriendelijk, goed op de hoogte van alles. Bij inchecken veel te lang op koffers moeten wachten alvorens ze werden afgeleverd bij de hut. Voor 12.00 uur ingecheckt, koffers waren er pas na 20.00 uur. !
