Nach meiner 15. Kreuzfahrt (7. mit Costa) muss ich feststellen, dass leider alles nachgelassen hat. Das geht beim Service los, über eintöniges Essen, jeden Tag die gleiche Musik (3 Wochen lang!), überteuerte Preise usw. Ich war bisher von Costa einigermaßen überzeugt, nach meinen vorgehenden letzten beiden Aida-Touren gehen aber fast alle Punkte an Aida.

Das Restaurant und die Bars waren okay, die Qualität der Getränke (im Getränkepaket) könnte besser sein, das Essen im Restaurant war knapp bemessen und von keiner besonderen Qualität. Sauberkeit und Hygiene waren okay. Als Service wünschte ich mir mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit (in den Bars).
