8 days Northern countries with MSC Preziosa
Essenskultur der Gäste im Buffetrestaurant leider undiskutabel. Zuviel geschöpft nicht aufgegessen. Abfall. Fensterplätzebelegung zum Teil nur mit einer Person belegt. Gruppe mit 6 Personen hatte keine Möglichkeit im Fesnterbereich zusammenzusitzen. Leider hat es beim Abflug in Hamburg grosse Check in Probleme gegeben. Listen Passagier und Flug ohne Übereinstimmung. Schlechte Information ohne Getränke und Verpflegung. Lange Wartezeit damit Abflug Unpünktlich mit verspäteter Ankunft und notwendigen Umorganisationen beim Abholdienst. Leider ein schlechter Ferienabschluss.
