zeer onvriendelijk, er was een massage op onze rekening € 180,00 die we niet hadden gehad.zeer vreemd.moest toen zelf naar de spa afdeling waar direct het bedrag in mindering werd gebracht ,maar een duidelijk antwoord hoe dit kon bleef achter .Zeer vreemde zaak
