8 days Western Mediterranean with Costa Diadema
Eten heel gewoontjes. Vriendelijkheid liet te wensen over. Zelf het ijswater aan tafel kwam op de rekening (nooit meegemaakt). Formule 1 simulator werkte niet (één van de redenen van onze cruise). Voor een "ping pong" , of tafelvoetbal balletje naar de receptie (7verdiepingen). We vroegen om een bridge aankondiging af te roepen (of een andere manier), maar "zoiets" kon in geen geval!! Kortom : ONZE LAATSTE MAAL MET costa!! En zeker geen aanbevelingen!!

Description
De service bij de receptie is ronduit schandalig. Er waren lange wachtrijen (heel veel klachten) en er was nooit een Nederlandstalige om je te helpen. Niet vriendelijk en kort van antwoord.
