Description
MSC Orchestra - es war meine 6. Kreuzfahrt mit MSC, ich bin sehr enttäuscht über das Procedere bei der Ankunft in Nizza. Am Terminal 1 war kein Mitarbeiter von e-hoi , wir mussten uns durchfragen unf mit dem normalen Shuttlebus zum Terminal 2 fahren, erst dort fanden wir 2 Mitarbeiterinnen von e-ho. Wir sind um 9.30 Uhr in Nizza gelandet und der Transferbus nach Genua fuhr erst um 11.30 Uhr und der Bus war für die vilenen Passagiere mit Grpävk zu klein bemessen. Bei der Ausschiffung in Buenos Aires haben wir nur duch Zufall mitbekommen, dass die Gruppe Rosa 1 zur Ausschiffung bereit wäre. Wir haben wie angeordnet in der Bar gewartet, es erfolgte kein Aufruf der Gruppe bzw. nur eine Mitarbeiterin von MSC hielt einen Zettel in ros hoch und das haben wir durch Zufall gesehen.
